Associate Product Manager

DebtX Software Solutions, Inc. (www.debticate.com) is a leading provider of Loan Syndication and Loan Sale software. DebtX Software Solution’s mission is to drive innovation and expand its offerings to meet the needs of its Capital Markets clients.

POSITION SUMMARY

As an Associate Product Manager, you will be instrumental in designing and enhancing software products. You will gather and translate customer feedback, investigate technical issues, and manage software development projects. Your proficiency in UI/UX design is key to succeeding in this role.

This is a remote position but may require some initial travel into the Boston office.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

CREDENTIALS, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES:

Bachelors’ degree or equivalent
1-4 years related experience and/or training preferred.
Solid understanding of UI/UX for end user products.
Familiarity with managing the product lifecycle.
Proficient in using product management software.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Product Support Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY

The Product Support Representative is responsible for answering frontline support emails and phone calls, identifying and troubleshooting end-user problems, and providing effective solutions to our user community. The PSC will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, enjoy solving technical problems, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is technically resourceful – curious and inquisitive by nature and a skilled multitasker; able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

This is a Hybrid position based in the Boston office.

Junior Software Developer

To secure an interview for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Must Haves:
1-2 years experience developing with C# or an equivalent Object Oriented language
Experience developing with SQL Server or equivalent Relation Database Management System using SQL, stored procedures, and related functionality
Experience developing dynamic web applications with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript

What the Client Needs you to Do:
Design and develop software as part of a larger development team
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Collaborate with Product Development and Quality Assurance team members
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, best practices and industry trends
Perform other duties assigned by management that fall within the generally expected scope of this position

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
