What should I do if my account has been blocked?
Your account will be blocked if you enter the wrong credential combination too many times. The system will send an email to the registered email address if this happens. Follow instructions provided in the email to unblock your account.
What should I do if I don’t remember my password?
If you do not know your password, click the “Reset Password” link on the Sign In page and follow instructions.
What should I do if my Multi-Factor Authentication (“MFA”) number is no longer valid?
Contact Product Support at email@example.com to have your account reset.
What will I see when I sign in?
The system redirects you to your inventory page after you sign in. If you have not been granted access to any deals or sites, your inventory will be empty. First, contact the party from whom you expected access. If you aren't sure who that is, contact Product Support at firstname.lastname@example.org.

When I click on a document link, all I see is a blank window.
