Boston, May 1, 2023 – DebtX Software Solutions, Inc. (www.debticate.com), a leading provider of Loan Syndication and Loan Sale software, is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert (“Bob”) Berk as an independent board member and advisor.  This move marks a significant step in the company’s mission to drive innovation and expand its offerings to meet the needs of its Capital Markets clients.

Bob Berk is a well-known executive with a proven record of success. Bob spent 13 years with U.S. Bank as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Capital Markets business, before retiring December 31, 2022. Prior to U.S. Bank, Bob spent 16 years at JP Morgan Chase, where he had several executive roles including COO of Global Credit Trading, COO of Global Leveraged Finance, and COO of High Yield Origination and Capital Markets. He also held senior level positions at Bankers Trust, Citibank and Drexel, Burnham, Lambert.
