Application of this notice This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on DebtX. The types of personal information collected are:

The way we use information

We may use information collected through the website to answer the email we receive and to deliver information on DebtX products and services.

We use credit card information to accept payment for certain online transactions; however, we do not store your card number. You must enter your credit card number each time you make an online purchase. Other credit card information, such as name and address, is stored to simplify future purchases.

We may share your information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with law, rule, or regulation; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues, or to protect DebtX Software Solutions’ rights or property.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information for business purposes such as enhancing our services, enhancing our website, data analysis, identifying usage trend, and determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns. In these cases, we do not disclose information that could be used to identify individuals or their associated companies.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described in this policy without also providing you an opportunity to opt out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Third party workspaces

This section applies to the workspaces that you view through DXSyndicate, DXOpen, DXDocs, or similar services (“Third-Party Workspaces”). We do not create or control the Third-Party Workspaces. These are created and controlled by third parties; however, we may receive information about the actions that you take in relation to such workspaces.

If you choose to view a Third-Party Workspace, some information you provide as a registrant and information about the actions that you take may be shared with the third party who created the Third-Party Workspace.

Some information you provide on Debticate, such as company and name information may be supplied to third party operators of DXSyndicate, DXOpen, or DXDocs to help them confirm your identity.

We may receive information on the actions that you take in relation to the Third-Party Workspaces.

Please review the policies of the third party, to make sure that you are comfortable with the ways in which they use the information that you share with them. We do not guarantee that they will comply with our privacy policy.

Cookies

Visiting the Debticate website with your browser settings adjusted to accept cookies tells us that you want to use Debticate’s services and that you consent to our use of cookies and other technologies to provide them to you as described in this notice.

Cookies and How We Use Them

Cookies are unique identifiers that we transfer to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and to provide services.

We also use cookies to provide Debticate with web analytics information through third-party providers.

If you are a registered buyer, you can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by visiting the Personal Information page.

You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error.

To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access to the website or making corrections to your information.

Changes

Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without advance notice. We will post any privacy policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services, email notification of privacy policy changes).
